Fuel Station Cover & Improvements

Fabricated and installed a steel roof structure with R-panel roofing, installed a metal floor, added lighting and wired the lighting to a wall-mounted switch.

Manchester Terminal — Bollards & Safety Rails

Ground the bollards to bare metal, applied rust-prevention treatment, repainted the bollards and safety rails, and re-stenciled the safety-rail markings.

Manchester Terminal — Executive Office Remodel

Removed two interior walls, demolished the electrical located in those walls, completed the associated finish work and repainted the executive office to create a cleaner, more open workspace.

Industrial Roof Repair & Coating

Cladcore repaired a large hole in the existing metal roof and then applied a protective roof coating across the roof surface to seal and protect the repaired area.
